Fluent English was spoken at the reception, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.
Rooms were spacious and the interior classy. The twin room we had included a lazy boy allowing you to enjoy the view.
The restaurants located on the top floor (where breakfast is served) are excellent.
The only small gripe I have is that the time it takes to walk from the JR station to the hotel is underestimated on their website. You're better of taking a short taxi ride (the meter shouldn't even jump by the time you get there) if you have heavy luggage or are just tired.
This hotel was the best one in my Kyushu experience; I prefer this Best Western Premier Nagasaki over the Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort in Miyazaki by a long shot.

| "During the weekend the cafeteria was overcrowded for breakfast. Otherwise perfect service. Very convenient location near main station." |

| "I was most appreciative of the way in which the hotel manager sorted out a problem with our booking, enabling our stat to be worry-free.
Location is excellent for getting around Nagasaki as it is close to railway station and has the tram passing the front door.
The room was more spacious than most others we encountered in Japan, and the large bathroom was great!" |

| "My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights in October 2007,we were completely satisfied,it is about 6 minutes walk from Nagasaki Railway Station,we found the rooms to be very quiet, there are trams and buses
directly outside the side entrance of the hotel which run every few minutes.Breakfast was included which was Japanese/European style with plenty of choice. The staff were helpful at all times,I will definetly stay at this hotel on my next trip to Nagasaki, there is also free highspeed internet service in the rooms so I took my laptop with me,you get CNN on the TV.,and an English language newspaper is delivered outside the room every morning" |
