| "The welcome from the staff when we arrived was great - really appreciated it. This is a sound business / chain hotel in Japan. The room was fairly small but bigger than ones elsewhere. The bed was a bit soft, but fine none the less. All in all, a good choice, and a good stay! Very happy to have travelled to Nagasaki - a city with a fascinating and tragic history, but the city now is vibrant and beautiful with lots of things to do." |

| "The rooms was small and their was noisy contruction going on that woke me up around 6am every morning. some phone in the rooms do not let you call out of the country and the door lock could be open from the outside with a credit card. i would not stay here again if i had the choice." |

| "The central location is great, a stone's throw from the wharf, with bus and tram stations within 2 minutes' walk, so access to all tourist sites not a problem. Hotel room size and cleanliness is as expected for a Japanese hotel. Friendly counter staff. Free internet in the lobby. Breakfast simple but heck, what do you expect for the price you pay. Very good value for money." |
