| "A good reasonable hotel for anyone who wants to visit Nagasaki. China town is next door and shopping on the other side. Night life is close by too." |

| "The room was large compared to other hotels in Japan, however small to u.s. standards. It was clean and somewhat nice. I think thier rates are a little high, for what you get. They have internet available in an office off the lobby, and minibar in the room. I would stay here again because of the location, it's not far from the train station, and is next to chinatown and several area's of interest." |

| "The place was all in all pretty decent. I loved the city, the hotel staff was helpful and the location is right next to Chinatown and within walking distance to the wharf, Glover Garden, etc. Not a bad deal at all." |

| "The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location of the hotel is near to the various attractions:- Chinatown, Dejima, Haman-machi shopping arcade (walking distance) and because the hotel's proximity to the tram station (Tsukimachi Stop), connection to the other attractions of Nagasaki was very convenient.
We arrived in Nagasaki from Fukuoka Airport by Nishitetsu bus arriving at the bus terminal just in front of the JR Nagasaki Station. From here, it was less than 5 mins by taxi to JAL City Hotel.
The entire experience in the hotel, from the time we arrived to the time we left was very enjoyable. The hotel was able to accommodate our request to have adjourning rooms for our party of 8 (including 4 young children). We were very pleased with that.
The only minor hiccup was that all the TV programmes were in Japanese only, although some of them were interesting.
Food-wise, there plenty of stores in the neighbourhood to choose from.
Overall a good for value hotel. " |
