"Good service, convenient location but small in room size."

"Previously called Mitsui Urban Hotel, this hotel has changed his name and is now called Hotel Com's Nagoya. The room (double) is amazingly wide and comfortable. Services and amenities are quite good. The location is excellent (in the Sakae central area, without too much noise disturbances, even if the expressway is right under the windows) The tv-room theater was excellent (large wide LCD screen, big choice of channels) and there is of course a LAN internet connection. However, i would have appreciated if the hotel could provide free (or non-expensive) internet services for those who don't have a laptop computer or who can't afford to rent one."

"A 2 year old hotel. Looks very clean and neat. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful although they do not speak much English. Room is just nice for 2 persons only."

"I found the Kanaya Hotel totally satisfactory. For a single person room was small but comfortable. Good location near Lawsons and Denny's. The special rates offered through your site was a great deal. Thanks."

"The Kanaya Hotel was good value for the money! Very pleasant, small room - a bit worn - but totally acceptable. Service was excellent. Good location - on main street and close to Sakae Subway station. I would stay there again!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kanaya Hotel in Nagoya. The room was perfect, with so many amenities, like green tea, yukata, flashlight etc. The location was wonderful too. I could walk with luggage from the Sakae bus stations. There were many convenience stores (Lawson and Circle K) close by. Also, is was a short walk to Sakae Station. The staff was friendly and efficicent. Mahalo for the Japanese style of Aloha that you showed me."
