"The service was great with English speaking receptionists. Room size is the largest we had in Japan. The free laundry machines were very helpful. Wish list includes a better efficient drier for the laundry machines. Subway station was about 10 min away which is the longest distance compared to other hotels we stayed in other cities in Japan. Maybe this has to do with Nagoya being the car city."

"Probably the best place I stayed whilst travelling Japan. The whole hotel is very modern and this carries over to the nice rooms. There were no issues with the size of the rooms as we had in several other hotels. Not near the central Nagoya station but only 10 minutes away on JR lines. Highly recommended."

"I booked 4 rooms for my whole family, all were very nice except one. When mentioned to staff, they were all very eager to fix the situation and accommodate. Service was outstanding. Restaurant in Hotel was also excellent for the price. I wish the Hotel were closer to the train station."

"Although it is a bit far from the train or subway station, (specially if you are travelling with luggage) it is still a very nice hotel to stay, value for money, the only problem i had with this hotel is, the phone in the room cannot make any outside call, which gives a certain degree of inconvenience."

"The Queen room was very nice - a good value. The hotel staff tried to honor our special requests made at booking. They also held our luggage until check-in time and kept our laptop safe during the day while we were out. An excellent hotel for this price range."

"The staff were superb at the Leo Palace. They could not do enough for us and treated our five year old son like he was royalty! Breakfasts were so cheap and were excellent. Would highly recommmend."

"My wife and I were very happy with our stay at the Leopalace hotel in Nagoya. The room was of good size, the bath/shower very good. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it so much we booked another night there on our return trip through Nagoya."

"I have an enjoyable stay at the hotel. It’s conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from the Chikusa station (the station where the yellow subway line & and JR train line intersects). The first time I did have trouble getting to the hotel from the station, since the only map I can get hold of on the websites is in Japanese, and the hotel reception I call before I left home doesn’t speak English and hang up on me. However, after finding friendly Japanese pedestrians and front desk personnel who does speak English, everything turns out to be alright. "

"Great room with king size bed (unusefull in Japan) and kind people. The Leopalace hotel is located on the JR line between Nagoya Station and the Expo."
