| "Overall an excellent hotel experience notable for its friendly, helpful staff, and good food. My only (minor) gripe is that the hotel advertises gym facilities without informing that these involve additional expense. On balance, highly recommended. " |

| "A delightful stay, with a marvelous view, superior service and an easy 45 minute walk from the Nagoya train station. The helpful staff spoke English, the room was quite comfortable, with a very reasonable price given the location. The breakfast was excellent." |

| "The service on arrival was exceptional - from getting from the taxi to registering and being excorted to my room. The staff in general were all very considerate.
My room was small but very clean and well maintained." |

| "I was very happy with my stay at the Westin. The service was impeccable. My room was lovely. There were signs explaining that the hotel was undergoing renovations, but I didn't notice anything that bothered me. The included breakfast was a nice additional value. I also used the free shuttle bus between the station and the hotel.
Business travelers might prefer to be closer to downtown. However, for tourists it is nice to be close to the castle. I walked around the moat one morning.
This hotel was a very lovely and relaxing place to stay.
