"My partner and I arrived at 2pm and be the ease in which the hotel operates, we were on our way to Universal Studios at 3pm.
Checking in was simple, with our email confirmation. Choice of smoking/non smoking room is good, and being able to leave the bulk of the luggage downstairs, in a safe facility, made our stopover even easier. No need for the bulky case in our room, though it would have easily fitted in the enormous wardrobe.
Room cost was pricey, but we were travelling in the peak of Japanese summer vaction. Beds were very comfy, and the bathroom offered a full sized bath.
Breakfast was included in the room charge, so this counteracted a bit. The breakfast was plentiful, with a selection of Japanese and Western foods available in buffet style.
Highly recommend this hotel to those with only one night stopover as it is simply a walk thru the airport.
Go on, indulge yourself. It's well worth the cost for convenience, "

"I like the hotel's location. Its very convenient since its just beside the airport and the train terminal. Its also just a bus away from the Rinku shopping district. The only things I did not like about the hotel are: I was give a room that was 69 rooms down from the elevator so I always had to walk for a few minutes just to reach my room. My room also had no internet facility so I always had to go down to the reception area for WIFI. What's nice about it though is the WIFI is free unlike other hotels that will charge you for using their WIFI. There is only 1 TV channel in English (BBC) and the rest are Japanese channels."

"The room was quite plush, very convenient to terminal...staff were very pleasant and helpful. Internet access without a computer was accessible at avery competitive rate. Shopping in hotel complex was very good and varied, suitable for many needs. Access to terminal was excellent, and for earlier travellers it was ideal. Would definitely stay again if in Japan."

Comments: Everything ok, just a shame that there is no Onsen for hotel guests. For cyclists: Be aware that bicycles are not allowed on the bridge leading to the Kansai Island/ the hotel.
