| "We stayed at the ANA on two occasions, both times were booked through asiarooms.com. As this was our first Japan, we chose this hotel due to its proximity to Kansai International (KIX). There is a shuttle bus that comes every half hour or so (Rinku Shuttle Bus). It is located outside of the airport not where all the other buses are, you need to turn around the corner to your right. Other than that, the bus itself, as always in Japan, is on time. For those who have visited Japan before, it may be easier to catch the train to Rinku, 5 minutes away by local trian if the shuttle bus is some time away. Check-in was a breeze, and our luggage was carried to our rooms as well. The room was quite large by Japanese standard, and was spotless. The bathroom immaculately clean with good attention to detail. Only disappointment was that breakfast was not included (an additional 1200 yen each person). If you request a room high up, the view is quite amazing at night. Will stay again if visiting in future.

| "we found the stay in your hotel very pleasing easy to book both in England and in Japan the only complat we found was that the third bed was not suterbal for an adult. it is very good that you offer a triple room but as our son is 20year old he found the bed to small
other than that our stay was most pleasent " |

| "Most of hotel service is good. Room size is relatively ok for Japan hotel.
The worst aspect is that the swimming pool and fitness center are not allowed to hotel guest, which I thought available based on web-site information.

| "Very nice hotel, with friendly, helpful staff, and convenient location to the airport. Shuttle bus was easy to find. Definitely recommended. The only disappointment was that last time, the breakfast buffet was included, but not this time. " |

| "Well located for airport and trains. Comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff. We loved the restaurant where you cooked your own food at the table we found this a lovely finish to our holiday. Our only critiscism the carpet was stained and sofa worn in our room but we did have great views." |

| "Recommend longer room service hours. When international travellers arrive and the resturant is full, it would have been nice to have room service avaiable in the afternoon/early evening rather then from 9pm-12am. After a 14 hour flight to Osaka, then the dining room was full, room service would have been nice before I rested. Thank you." |

| "I chose your hotel to stay at following a long flight from the USA and found everything from the time I stepped off the shuttle bus till I left to be first class. I was able to gt a great night's rest and then joined my host family for the wedding of their daughter and enjoyment of Cherry Blossoms.
The breakfast buffet was a real welcome to Japan as was the lunch which I treated my host family to.
If I were to return to Japan again I would definitely stay at your hotel and will recommend it to any friends travelling your way.
Thank you for adding to my vacation." |
