Hotel was a wonderful experience. We were only there for one night - it was easy to get to from airport and easy to return to airport.

| "Ana Gate Tower Hotel Osaka is an excellent business hotel if your business is near Kansai International Airport (KIX), as mine was. We used the excellent conference facilities for one day, supported by a very helpful and attentive staff. I did not eat in any of the hotel restaurants, but our hosts held a reception after the meeting and the food, drink, and service was outstanding.
My 41st-floor room was typically small, which I like. Amenities were plentiful and well-considered, everything a traveler could need. Exceptional items were an excellent water boiler for tea and a pants press. My only critique could be more tea (only two bags per day, I was glad for my stash) and an ironing board and iron. I did not ask housekeeping for these, so I do not know if they would have been sent up. More tea, I am sure, would have. Broadband Internet access via Ethernet cable is free. The hallways were a bit musty due to the tropical weather and minimal air conditioning settings. No problems at all with the room.
What I saw of the service was great. The cord on my boiler was bad, and a replacement was provided within ten minutes of my calling Housekeeping...along with the missing (or unprovided) Ethernet cable. A young German man who learned English in Australia brought them up!
A large entertainment center (called "Seacle") is next door to the hotel with: inexpensive restaurants; a food court; 100-yen, grocery, and many other stores; and a huge Ferris Wheel. Also very near is a large "Factory Outlet" shopping center. A lovely park borders Osaka Bay a ten minute walk from the hotel, and a museum of modern art nearby.
Rinku-town train station is adjacent to the hotel, so getting into Osaka and vicinity is easy. Using the free hotel shuttle to the airport (which is an experience in itself), we took the Limited Express to Kyoto from KIX - 2900 yen and 75 minutes or less each way!
We had a short but positive experience at the Ana Gate Tower Hotel Osaka in September 2008, and the nice discount we received from Asiarooms.com made it all the better.

| "We stayed at the ANA on two occasions, both times were booked through asiarooms.com. As this was our first Japan, we chose this hotel due to its proximity to Kansai International (KIX). There is a shuttle bus that comes every half hour or so (Rinku Shuttle Bus). It is located outside of the airport not where all the other buses are, you need to turn around the corner to your right. Other than that, the bus itself, as always in Japan, is on time. For those who have visited Japan before, it may be easier to catch the train to Rinku, 5 minutes away by local trian if the shuttle bus is some time away. Check-in was a breeze, and our luggage was carried to our rooms as well. The room was quite large by Japanese standard, and was spotless. The bathroom immaculately clean with good attention to detail. Only disappointment was that breakfast was not included (an additional 1200 yen each person). If you request a room high up, the view is quite amazing at night. Will stay again if visiting in future.

| "we found the stay in your hotel very pleasing easy to book both in England and in Japan the only complat we found was that the third bed was not suterbal for an adult. it is very good that you offer a triple room but as our son is 20year old he found the bed to small
other than that our stay was most pleasent " |

| "Most of hotel service is good. Room size is relatively ok for Japan hotel.
The worst aspect is that the swimming pool and fitness center are not allowed to hotel guest, which I thought available based on web-site information.
