| "This hotel was very nice. We loved the free breakfast buffet. We took a train to Universal Studios and the Aquarium and we didn't even get in our car once. The room was small but perfect for our short stay. We would stay here again." |

| "Good View from every window.
Good food for breakfast.
Good service at the front desk.
High price for budget travelers.
But it is really a good experience spending a night in the hotel with the one we love.
Romantic and quiet is characteristic of its high-floored rooms." |

| "There is a big difference in the quality of the different room categories. At first we got a 'normal' room, which was very old and the carpet was dirty. Because it was a smoking room, we have asked for another room. The second room was of another category and it was very good. The facilities were new and clean. In general the rooms are quite small and it makes a huge difference in which room you are staying in this hotel. " |

| "great location just over the road from bentencho station,on the main jr loop line. just walk over the covered walkway straight into the hotel plaza turn left at plaza center for the plaza entry covered all the way for all weather.also close to the chuo subway line making it very easy for the equarium and other attractions on the bay.good food close. great service friendly staff like all service in japan, speak enough english if that is your language.rooms are a good size for japan.clean and with everything other than sky tv, you can hire a laptop very cheaply and use the internet for free.
overall great hotel great value. the only thing not to our likeing the beds are very firm.

| "Great Deal! Morning Breakfast on the 51st floor was great! Hopping on a train or subway is so convenient, less than 5 minutes walk to the station. Hotel Staffs were friendly and approachable, the tour desk (I believe she's korean) staff speaks simple english, good enough to get some basic information one needs. Restaurants & Minimart, Bookshop, 100Yen Shop just beside Hotel, definitely a choice hotel I would not hesitate to visit again." |

| "Overall it was great value for money and as it is situated right next to the train and subway stations it was definately convient. I would have liked perhaps a more entertainment in the hotel or a larger selection of cheaper food in the hotel but there was enough good resturants within walking distance. Also the views of the city or bay area were fantastic. Would recommend this hotel for whatever purpose." |

| "The service was excellent as always in Japan. The room was quite small but comfortable with an amazing view. The lounge on the top floor although pricey was breathtaking. The accomodation overall was great value." |

| "Everything is local, Which was easy to find things to do. The directions to the hotel was poorly explained on the map. Parking can add up during your stay. Parking should be included in your package, it would make budgeting for couples a lot easier. The location of the lobby is not a good one. The lobby should be the first thing you see when you check into a hotel. It's warming and inviting to a travler especially after along day of traveling or a long day with the kids at the aquarium and universial studios." |
