| "This hotel was a very good deal. It is located in Shin-Osaka where the Shinkansen stops so it is very convenient.Only a 5min walk to the station. It is good for people who will use the Shinkansen again to visit other places since Osaka railway system is confusing so it would be better to stay in Shin-Osaka.Everything about this hotel is excellent except for the room size. Not recommended for people who are 6ft+.Bathroom ceiling is pretty low. But, you are going to be out all day so I don't think it would matter. Also, they provide a pretty good buffet style breakfast. For those who are expecting a "western" style breakfast: stop complaining and be thankful they are even providing a breakfast for you.All-n-all, I would highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a inexpensive place to stay." |

| "It is really very close to Shin-Osaka station, but the single room is very small. Just two coat hangers and no closed wardrobe. Furniture is very simple. Hallways are very dark and would need some renovations. If you just look for something to sleep than it is ok regarding the low price." |

| "The Chisan Shin Osaka Hotel is conveniently located near the Shinkensen Shin Osaka Station (about 10min walk). The hotel is clean and though the rooms are small but they are decent and bright. There's TV but no fridge in the room.
There are no porter service in this business hotel and you have to carry your own bags up to your rooms. The hotel staff are friendly.
I will recommend this hotel to travelers who want basic, clean rooms and easy access to town for 250yen by JR train. For US$55 for a single room with breakfast included, this hotel is a steal ! " |

| "I stayed here for 9 nights 2-11/4/2007. Very convenient to Shin Osaka station.
This hotel is a business hotel geared for the 1 or two night stay guests - the room was very small for such a long stay - not even enough room for a small fridge, so couldn't keep food in room. The room rate included a buffet breakfast which was plentiful and delicious. There was a stale cooking (oil) odour in the hotel at times. The front desk were always friendly and helpful. Many convenient stores and noodle/restuarants nearby." |

| "Thank you for your interest in my stay. Howevr I had to cancel my full stay to only two nights at the Chisun Hotel Shin-Osaka. I am sure you will receive the details of my change. I had to go to Ehime Prefacture and had to cancel my full stay.
The room was quite clean and comfortable but cigarette smoke smells stay in room and that is not good.
If there is confusion with my cancelation of previous reservation of 4 nights to 2 nights please letme know since I gave the Chisun Hotel staff plenty of advanced notice of my change of plans
Thank you
Richard Ladouceur " |

| "I had a non-smoking single (no breakfast included) for 2 nights. The buffet breakfast was a good deal at 1050 yen. The hotel was easy to find using the map from this site, and the location very convenient for JR trains and the subway. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, despite overlooking an elevated road and rail-line. There was no closet; just some hooks with hangers. The window had a sliding panel rather than curtains. The room was clean, and smelt fine (I didn't have to use the room deodorizer spray I'd brought with me). The TV was near new, and the air-con worked well. I appreciated the internet terminals in the lobby; other hotels I stayed at had none. The staff were fine. This was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, but it met all my needs, and the price was right. I'd happily stay there again." |
