| "The room was small, however of course, VERY clean and lovely. The mini bar prices were cheap and the free buffet breakfast a real treat.
Staff were very nice and spoke enough english.
Would come here again. Good value." |

| "WE HAD A GREAT 7 NIGHTS STAY AT CITY ROUTE HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS A SEMI-DOUBLE, IT WAS VERY CLEAN. IT WAS A LITTLE ON THE SMALL SIZE AND DID NOT HAVE MUCH ROOM FOR HANGING CLOTHES. THE BATHROOM, ALTHOUGH MODERN, WAS VERY SMALL. THE STAFF WERE VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY. THEY ALWAYS TRIED THEIR BEST TO ANSWER OUR QUERIES AND WERE EXTREMLY HELPFUL. THE BREAKFAST INCLUDED A BUFFET OF A WIDE CHOICE OF JAPANESE AND WESTERN FOODS. IT IS IDEALY LOCATED NEAR TO SUBWAY STATION (HOMMACHI). THUS, MAKING IT EASY TO GET AROUND THE CITY." |

| "the first time I stayed in this hotel was ok and was clean, room small but we booked semi room so was expected. But when we tried to book this hotel again, they were not very helpful, made reservations but did not get room I wanted. So first impression was good but 2nd impression was not good, I would stay at another hotel next time" |

| "I stayed in City Route Hotel for 3 days. It difficult to find that hotel from the map which the hotel post in the internet and I had to walk around 10 minutes from Hombashi station. My suggestinon is changing the map and add the nearest exit of the Hombashi station. About service, very good. Many officers try to help us when we ask for some advice about transpotation. Moreover, meal for brekfast was quite good and internet was good, fast. However, my friend would like to stay to this hotel again. " |

| "At first I was disappointed with this two star hotel. Older, small room and small bathroom. Business men in the lobby smoking, but after the second day everything was okay. The buffet breakfast was decent and the room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets on the bed. Definately not a family hotel. It is perfect for budget travelers and business travelers looking for a clean and cheap place to sleep.
The staff extremely helpful and kind. Free internet access in the lobby.
