| "Your restaurant needs to have English titles on their menu. My server was unable to translate. This applies to the breakfast as well as the dinner meal.
Suggest a sign in English outside the hotel. I had trouble finding the front door when I arrived.
Overall, I was very satisfied." |

| "After researching the asiarooms website I selected the Mitsui Urban in good faith. There were only a few good things I can say about this hotel. The subway station is right below the hotel. The breakfast room and staff were excellent. The room I had did have internet connection (and you can hire a laptop). The hotel is close to Osaka Station and many places to shop and eat. Unfortunately some things made my stay at the Mitsui Urban an unfortunate event. The only request that I put on my reservation was for a non-smoking room. After going to bed on the first night, I was suprised to smell cigarette smoke. After sniffing around I realised that the smoke was coming under the hallway, so much for a smoke free environment. For the second night I used their dressing gown (which was too small for a westerner to wear) to seal the bottom of the door to stop the smoke from entering the room. On the asiarooms website the hotel claims in it's facilities to have both an indoor and outdoor pool. This is not the case. There is no English service available on the Satellite tv even on BBC. Cards for Pay tv could be purchased for 1000yen. I did not do this as I was not interested in watching porn and was uncertain if the only movie channel would offer movies in English. The desk staff had very little English and were not too keen to be helpful. For any travellers researching please take note not I would not recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. I know I certainly will not again." |

| "I am not satisfied in below areas.
1. the room and the bed are small as expected, but the worse is the bed is very soft, once my husband sleep at one side, the center part is collapsed, so I need to sleep on a slope, I really can't sleep well during the 6 days stays.
2. the air-condition is very week. When we requested the front desk staff to lower the room temperature, they say they can't do that, because it's control by central air-con.

| "Not all rooms were connected to internet. On our second day, we asked for a change to a room with internet connection and had no choice but a smoking room due to the busy period. We asked for a check on the room before we switched, but was ushered to the room directly as the hotel staff assured us that she has checked the room. To our dismay, it was older than our previous room, old wall paper, electrical switches, stained curtain...we compromised due to our need for internet.
The only compensation was the breakfast which was a good spread of Japanese and American cuisine.
It's good value for money, and not to mention the warm reception at the restaurant, otherwise we would have switched hotel in no time.." |

| "Great location - connected to subway station. Near shopping and restaurants. Breakfast very nice and included which made the price a good value. Room small but not bad by Japanese standards. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was excellent! Starbucks downstairs for us American coffee drinkers was very convenient." |
