Location is very convenient for sightseeing, eating and shopping. Room is spacious (subject to Japan business hotel standard). Hotel staff is friendly and can speak English help a lot. Highly recommend to other budget travelers.

| "Great location, about 10 to 15 min walk from Shinsaibasi station, very close to Dontombori, America Maru and other shopping districts.
Room size is pretty good for a Japanese hotel.
Great service (then again the Japanese really know how to give "Customer Service"), very helpful and super polite!
I'd stay in this hotel again for sure.

| "Great hotel and location. Perfect for my family with my young daughter. However, it'll be a queeze for family with 2 kids or more. Would be great if they have slight bigger with 2 double beds instead. And breakfast is good and healthy. " |
