English communication in the front desk is Ok except some of the staff need to repeat several times
But we have to pay money if we need to borrow one more pillow. It is very unbelievable

| "Great location, about 10 to 15 min walk from Shinsaibasi station, very close to Dontombori, America Maru and other shopping districts.
Room size is pretty good for a Japanese hotel.
Great service (then again the Japanese really know how to give "Customer Service"), very helpful and super polite!
I'd stay in this hotel again for sure.

| "Great hotel and location. Perfect for my family with my young daughter. However, it'll be a queeze for family with 2 kids or more. Would be great if they have slight bigger with 2 double beds instead. And breakfast is good and healthy. " |
