We stay as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) for 4 days. Overall we are very satisfied with the rooms, the services and even the complimentary breakfast.
While we know the room size of budget hotels in Japan is small, we booked 2 standard double, probably their largest room type and surprisingly find that they are rather comfortable after all.
When we arrived, we took a taxi to the hotel but the cab driver has diffulty finding the hotel even with the address given. It is much easier to walk to the nearest train station (Shinsaibashi) where there are two subway lines operating. From the station, you can get around town or to the surrounding regions of Kansai by connecting the network of subways and railways. We speak some Japanese so asking for direction is not a problem to us but for those that don't, you should check with the front desk prior to getting out.
We enjoyed our stay and will recommend friends to stay in this hotel.

| "Great location, about 10 to 15 min walk from Shinsaibasi station, very close to Dontombori, America Maru and other shopping districts.
Room size is pretty good for a Japanese hotel.
Great service (then again the Japanese really know how to give "Customer Service"), very helpful and super polite!
I'd stay in this hotel again for sure.

| "Great hotel and location. Perfect for my family with my young daughter. However, it'll be a queeze for family with 2 kids or more. Would be great if they have slight bigger with 2 double beds instead. And breakfast is good and healthy. " |
