"The breakfast was really good. However, location-wise, I would think it suits more business people as it's within the business/trade area. Nevertheless, it's a pretty good hotel by it's standards and I will probably stay there again if i need to work nearby, else i'll choose a hotel probably nearer to the tempozan area."

"Very disappointed with the Hyatt Regency Osaka. Four main negatives - 1) The transfer from Osaka Station (downtown)to the hotel takes 40 minutes to 1 hour. 2) There are no attraction around the hotel. 3) The hotel is in desparate need of renovation - the rooms are old, stained and damaged. 4) The cost of using the gym/pool facilities is approximately $30(Aus)per guest/per day - this is on top of the room fee. "Hyatt Regency Osaka is an excellent Hotel if your planning to visit the Kansai area. The room was excellent, with a great view and lots of space. The service was also great with a free shuttle bus to Osaka Station as well. I might not be the cheapest hotel in town but it sure is worth your money."

"The hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and made the stay a great experience."

"First the good: 1) Absolutely goregous! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 2) The rooms are huge. We had a king bed, television, desk, dining table, 2 end-tables, minibar, refrigerator, huge double-door closet, and beautiful room decorations. 3) The bathroom was unbelievable. There was a shower and a bath, 2 sinks, and American-style toilet. Design was beautiful! 4) Incredibly comfortable. The chairs and bed was soo soft and you get 2 hakama to make you more comfortable. 5) The staff is top-notch. Grade: A++ Courteous and professional. Always trying to make you feel comfortable and eagerly waiting to serve you. 6) Extremely romantic. My fiancee and I stayed there for 4 nights. The staff did many little things to keep the romanticism in the air for us. 7) The food is 5-star quality. Extremely delicious! 8) The room service is quick and discrete. 9) Very close to USJ (Universal Studios Japan). 9) Last but not least, you can get a beautiful view of Osaka. Now the bad: 1) Location, location, location. Unfortunately, this amazing hotel is quite a ways away from Osaka station. However, they do try to make up for it by having a bus ready every hour to take you into Osaka. There is also a taxi available to you whenever you like. 2)It's expensive! This is not a hotel for the budget travelers. Not only are the rooms expensive, but the room service and food is as well. Fortunately, the Hyatt is located right next to the ATC Mall. There you have a variety of restaraunts to choose from, not to mention, a very convenient Lawsons mini-mart. Those are my only 2 bad points. As you can see, the good points far outweight the bad and I highly, highly, highly recommend the Hyatt Regency to anyone. The experience and value you get there is definitely worth the location and price."

"This is an excellent hotel. Large rooms with a lot of electronic gadgets in the room. Location may be a problem as it is about 30 minutes from Osaka train station. The hotel provides free shttle to and from station. Traffic is very bad. Breakfast, as are other meals, very expensive at this fotel. Hotel is located in trade center are, thus dining options are limited. Staff very efficient and courteous. Very close location if you are going on or returning on a crusie ship."
