Absolutely!
No complaints at all. My wife and I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Located in a quiet area beside a river the Imperial was exactly what we wanted. Hotel shuttle bus every 20 mins and very convenient for Osaka Station alternatively plenty of taxis waiting for hire.

"Hotel is fine but location is very inconvenient.
Airporet Bus doe not go there requiring a change to a taxi ride of abt. 15 minutes from the Bus Terminal.
Same on the way back to the Airport."
"The Imperial Hotel is excellent! Their service and quality (room, facilities, and food) is better than most Ritz Carltons I have stayed at throughout the world. The downside is the location. The hotel is located a little further from the Umeda/Osaka train stations. However, there is a free shuttle service that runs frequently between the two locations. I would recommend this hotel and will continue to use it when I am in Osaka."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Hotel. The room was large and had plenty of room. It was great to look out the window to see the river and autumn leaves. Staff were freindly and helpful. Although not situated in the city centre, the shuttle bus took us there every 20 minutes. I would not hesitate to recomment this hotel and would rate it 5/5. "
