We were very pleased with our stay and were happy with being able to book in over the internet and seeing then everything was just as they said it was. This means we can trust this hotel and the people who work there. Thank you. Breakfast was very good, so was the shuttle bus from the airport.

| "room is very small we have problem for our cloth because they dont have clothsett!! and they just have2 small pillows it is not good for nice sleep but front staff are very helpful for my bus reserved seat to the airport." |

| "I arrived at Kansai airport around 9pm and asked for information about Kanku Hineno's shuttle service. I found the service area without any difficulty and my hotel room was not big but adequate. It was clean and the breakfast included in the price was simply value for money. I would stay in this hotel again if ever I am in the Osaka area." |

| "Thank you to previous comments posted by past visitors as it was a great help in finding suitable accommodation. Great location and breakfast for overnight stay when arriving late (especially Jetstar flights)small but clean rooms compared to other motels we stayed at in Japan." |

| "The convience of this hotel with the free shuttle bus pick up at the hotel worked a wonder, especially as we arrived so late at night. The Hotel staff were great as well as the rooms. The only down side is the smoke smell in the rooms, which we are not used to having anywhere. All in all, it was great!" |
