| "Room was small (semi-double) but very clean and well serviced. Good location for travelling by Shinkansen to many places (Tokyo, Hiroshima, Himeji, Kyoto). Only ten minutes by hotel Shuttle bus (you need to get the timetable and stick to it)to the Kansai Airport. Kansai Airport is also a main train station with fast trains to Shin-Osaka (from Shin-Osaka you catch Shinkansen). Fantastic views from the upper floors of the hotel. You can also enjoy impressive Rinku Town development, particularly shopping in the modern and v. impressive Shopping Town. From the hotel you have only few minutes walk via a direct passage way to Rinku Town train station." |

| "hotel was perfect close location to the airport which was the reason for our stay after arriving on a late flight. shuttle bus service to the hotel is also great. room was tiny but fine. breakfast was fine also as far as buffets go (generally not very good anyway!). only recommended as an overnight for anyone needing to be near the airport." |

The location was nice, the hotel shuttle-bus service- very convenient, living conditions and service at the hotel – excellent. Whenever it will be necessary I’l choice it again.

| "Was not as advertised. Supposed to have sauna, hot springs, pool and had nothing. Only restaurant was high priced (but fairly good) buffet. Shuttle service to airport (one reason I stayed here)did not operate between hours of 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. when I wanted to go. Also early checkout of 10:00 a.m. and charges for any hours overstayed were outrageous. " |

| "From the pick up shuttle, and in the Hotel to the return shuttle bus the service was excellent.
The only complaint I would say is that the carpet was not really clean in our room and the room had been smoked in. Otherwise all was well." |
