| "I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel and single room. The location and value were superb. Worried that my luggage might exceed the airlines' weight limits, the staff even rolled a tall scale out of an office so I could check its weight the night before departure. A package, that had been sent to me from Kyoto, was waiting when I checked in. I wish every hotel had a convenience food store on its premises, because it was perfect for a late-night snack.
The only suggestion I would make is that AsiaRooms' reservation contain more information on where the airport shuttle stop is at the airport and the shuttle's limited times (starting at 5:00pm)." |

| "We found the hotel to be perfectly located near major transport and shopping. The Tokyu Inn was a clean and well serviced hotel with a generous and broad breakfast buffet that was included in the room cost (a real benefit). Overall a very pleasant stay and we will return if we visit Kagoshima again..." |

| "Located very conveniently close to Kansai Airport, and very good value for money.
Highly recommended for travellers arriving late into Kansai and unable to catch the last train to
Kyoto. " |
