I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel and single room. The location and value were superb. Worried that my luggage might exceed the airlines' weight limits, the staff even rolled a tall scale out of an office so I could check its weight the night before departure. A package, that had been sent to me from Kyoto, was waiting when I checked in. I wish every hotel had a convenience food store on its premises, because it was perfect for a late-night snack.
The only suggestion I would make is that AsiaRooms' reservation contain more information on where the airport shuttle stop is at the airport and the shuttle's limited times (starting at 5:00pm).

| "The room was of OK size, it was in Rinku-Town, one station away from Kansai Intl Airport, which is a great location for over night staying if your plane arrives too late in the evening.
The service at the counter was not 100% fantastic, the staff doesn't speak a great deal of english, like most japanese.
The shuttle bus was good, the shuttle bus organiser speaks better english than the counter manager, which is abit funny.
The room we stayed in had a semi-double bed, not an average aussie size bed, and the room was smell of smoke, even we requested non-smking room. For some reason, the air-con goes on and off during the evening. Maybe it's trying to save electricity.
overall, I recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for an over night shelter." |

| "Hey its five minutes by courtesy bus to the hotel, and three minutes walk to the train station in the morning. The room was small, clean and functional for an overnight sleep
And all for $88 Australian. What do you want!" |

| "We only stayed for one night, but were welcomed as if we were there most important guest. We received extensive information (in reasonable English) about the facilities and the vicinity. Besides we had an upgrade from semi-double to twin as the semi-double was considered to be to small for our needs. We were advised to book a twin room next time, so we will certainly not count on a free upgrade again..." |

| "The shuttle bus took us to the hotel and the room was available and ready.
We liked the hotel and the location as it was very near the trail station, so after booking one night with you, we stayed a total of 5 nights." |
