"great hotel, very friendly and clean and excellent bar on top floor.. charges were very reasonable like no surcharge to use in room telephone etc .. probably my best hotel stay on 6 trips to japan"

"We booked this hotel as we were in transit from Kansai airport to Shikoku and the main requirement was that it be close to Shin-Osaka station. It was certainly that, but we did not suffer any noise as a result. The service was friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and all we needed. When we went for a walk however, we found nothing around but city blocks and a few cafes and convenience stores: not a place for sight-seeing."
