Well actully I was very dissapointed since the reason I chose this hotel was that it has a hot spring and at the same time is in the middle of Osaka. After checking it out at your web sight were there was no information and even when I checked in and was handed a paper on how to use the hot spring there was also no information on that people that have a Tatoo were not aloud to use that facillity !!!! I have travel to Japan for 15 years now and always stayed at the most beautifull hot spring places around Japan but have never seen this restiction. Shoulden't the customers have this information before and not at the entrance to the hot spring? I feel cheeted of my vacation stay there for 3 days.

"We have chosen this hotel with the purpose to visit the Universal Studios that is 2 min walk from the hotel and did not really expect that will so much enjoy the hotel itself. The rooms were clean and big size if compared to other Japanese hotels, so was the bathroom with all nice supplies. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining various routes for sightseeng in Osaka city. Highly recommend the onsen (natural spring)that is located on the 31st floor and opens a breathtaking panorama of Osaka while you lounge in this pleasant spring. There is a small shopping mall and a number of restaurants in the hotel area which is also enjoyable. It will take around 30 mins to get to other sights of the city though. We would certainly stay in the hotel again. Thank you."

"This was a beautiful hotel conveniently situated right next to USJ. There is a spa on the top floor which is packed at 10pm at night but doesn't take to long to get into. The room was very clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of Osaka city. I felt like royalty staying in this hotel -it was very enjoyable. Great value including breakfast daily and free enty into the spa and 10% off hagendaaz ice cream next door although the service there was terrible. "

"Since this hotel have a beautifull hotspring bath on the 32nd floor, and i am a great fan of "onsen" as the Japanese call it, I would recomend it for this. Otherwise it have a touch of young customers because of the universal studios who lies right around the corner and this can sometimes be a litle desturbing."
