Best location if you arrive late or to go to Rinku Outlet.
Purchased a slice of cake from brassire, nicely wrapped up (with ice pak, spoon) in a box then place in a shopping bag.
Service was exceptional, I requested for lady' set (cotton buds etc) expected just a plain pack but got delivered a nicely wrapped lady' set.
Buffet slightly different from last time I stayed, no self serve toaster. Toasts already made. Staff were happy to warm up the croissant when requested.

| "Great - I got a reasonable deal on the room, everyone was very helpful, and the room was lovely, clean and spacious - bed very comfy. The tv remote was a bit dodgy but was fixed the moment I asked. As long as I can get a good price for this hotel, its definitely the best place to stay to get to osaka airport. If I wasn't getting/arriving from a flight I wouldn't come here as its right out by the airport, but as I was, it was perfect and really quiet. Also, as all the staff speak lots of languages, its a very easy introduction to Japan if you are a jetlagged European needing a nap in peace and quiet!" |
