Would I stay at this location
again:

Most likely
Great - I got a reasonable deal on the room, everyone was very helpful, and the room was lovely, clean and spacious - bed very comfy. The tv remote was a bit dodgy but was fixed the moment I asked. As long as I can get a good price for this hotel, its definitely the best place to stay to get to osaka airport. If I wasn't getting/arriving from a flight I wouldn't come here as its right out by the airport, but as I was, it was perfect and really quiet. Also, as all the staff speak lots of languages, its a very easy introduction to Japan if you are a jetlagged European needing a nap in peace and quiet!

"If you are doing an over night to catch another flight or train etc the next day this hotel is PERFECTLY close to the airport and so easy to get to. Literally a 2 minute walk form the Kansai Osaka Airport. Room was a fairly good size for japan. "

"Perfect location if you have an early flight. Just a couple of minutes walk from the Kansai check in desks. I had booked a single but was upgraded to a double. The room was large, well equipped ans spotless. Only a short wait at check in and out. Buffet breakfast ok but not outstanding. Convenience store and restaurants on site."

"A nice place to stay if your flight is in the morning as you no need to rush. but breakfast is not very nice "

"We stayed just one night after landing at Kansai airport to easily catch the JR to Tokyo the next day, so the location is really very convenient. After reading comments about other Japan hotels, the room we got was much bigger than I expected. It appeared clean -- although the bed spread looked tired and old -- and it was very quiet considering its proximity to the airport. Bathroom was tiny. Didn't have any problems with communications. And I thought the restaurant (tepanyaki) was a bit too pricey, but the chef was very nice and cooked the beef to perfection."

"I booked a semi-double room. I can't say that the room was not clean, but everything was just pretty old to me, so I didn't feel very comfortable with it. The worst part is the mattress, you move a bit and your partner will be woke up easily. (Without getting a good quality of sleep from a hotel room is just not acceptable in my opinion). Besides these, other areas are ok/not applicable."
