| "For people who never been to osaka and fly in in a night, it may be a better idea to check into this airport hotel and make plans the next day.
Rationate was the train system took a while for us to absorb and understand exactly which track to use... especially if you not very good in Japanese. Hence save the hassle of having to plan that when you are tired from a long flight.
Room was small ( common in japan ) but was in fact bigger than the one we had in Shin Osaka... so i consider this a merit.. Nice bathroom with a long bath tub.
TV programs are all in Japan.. to see cable TV/movie you have to pay... To use the pool and gym , you have to pay.. so not too sure if these facilities are good or not.
5 mins from walking from nearby kitentsu... hence this is good... we check back in the night before we fly off.
5 mins to nearest 24 hrs convenience store..
Breakfast wasnt fantasic for the price you are paying.. but edible.
Overall.. I find it a good hotel as the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The best part is they have a free shuttle to the airport. Imagine how much stuff you have bought for the trip... and you wont want a expensive cab fare before you leave." |

| "Very good until I came to check out when none of my cards would work. According to the card issuers it seems that the hotel attempted to put the charge through without my pin number being entered. I had to ask my son in-law to use his card. If I had been on my own it could have been very difficult!!! This needs to be sorted out.

| "The hotel is well placed and provides a shuttle bus from the airport. There are a lot of places to eat nearby as well as at the hotel. The best was the bed was comfortable and certainly not hard as all the other hotel beds I struck during my stay in Japan. " |

| "Location is 10 minutes away from subway station. For family who have kids, it's not very convenience. But, if you are just to stay over night and go to airport directly, it has a free shuttle. Services are always very nice in Japan without any questions. " |

| "We travelled to Japan as a family of four and this hotel has been perfect for our needs when flying into Kansai airport. It is very good value considering the room size and its amenities. The availability of non smoking rooms is a real plus. It is an oasis when you have had enough of the Ryokan experience. A lovely Japanese restaurant is handy within the hotel. There is a free airport shuttle bus that is a little hard to find at first.
Highly recommended." |

| "The hotel is new and clean. Not too far away from the Kansai Airport. There is the shuttle bus service which is still very convenient to those travellers hurrying for flights. The room is new, clean and tidy. However, the banquet/restaurant facility is weaker." |

| "Small but very comfortable and well-apportioned rooms, ideal for someone passing through to or from Kansai International airport. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is fast and friendly. As we had to leave before breakfast, I can't comment on the food; it would be a useful addition if the hotel sold simple take-with-you breakfasts to order, for guests that had to catch a plane early in the morning, e.g. onigiri etc." |
