"The hotel is well situated. Is a little bit old and the bathroom is really small."

"Room and bathroom are really small, even for Japanese standard, and the price they charged. Buffet breakfast is Japanese style and is quite okay. The location is quite central and within walking distance to subway station and the main shopping area. Overall this is not quite a good value for money hotel."

"good location!"

"A very small room - not much room to put your luggage. Basically the room was the size of the bed and a narrow edge around it and a desk. The bathroom was very small - but most budget hotel bathrooms are. Note that the hotel in in Osaka, not Shin Osaka (which isn't very far away, but perhaps worth mentioning as the JR train (shinkansen) pulls in at Shin Osaka not Osaka station). You need to change trains and get off at Umeda station which is the closest to the hotel. We went to Osaka purely to go to the Osamu Tezuka museum (the creator of Astro Boy). The area around the hotel is less than inspiring. The only other thing I'd mention is there is a fire station almost directly opposite the hotel, it didn't bother us heaps (as it's winter now) but maybe in summer it'd be worse! Good value and fine if you don't spend much time at the hotel - just a place to sleep and have a shower."

"fantastic location! so close to both the JR lines as well as the subway. Being surrounded by shops/restaurants certainly made things a lot easier. The room itself was a little cramped considering it`s "triple" status, be warned of how little space there will be once your luggage is in the room with you. Essentially it was a double room with a trundler bed, of which the beds themselves were pretty solid, & the bathroom was microscopic. Seriously, i would pay to see a sumo wrestler fit in there!, it`s about 30cm from the edge of the toilet to the wall, i swear if it wasn`t for the `shub` (bath/shower) you would swear you were in a aeroplane toilet. The surprising feature however, was that the ceiling was covered in glow-in-the-dark stars, which really made an impression before going to sleep. Overall a good hotel, fantastic location, but i would proceed with caution if travelling in groups/families..."

"This was an adequate business hotel, but wasn't really suitable for a family of three! The fold out bed provided for our daughter was not very comfortable and it was a tight squeeze to fit it into what was clearly a double room even though we had booked a triple. The bathroom was also tiny - even by japanese standards. As it was only for one night we managed perfectly well but with our luggage etc. any longer would not have been fantastic."

"Rooms are very small but very clean. Clean sheets and towels every day. Nowhere to put anything so could not unpack for two weeks. Staff very polite but did not speak English. We did get by with an Anglo-Japanese dictionary. After a long day of sight seeing and shopping the only choice of TV was Japanese or porn...could do with SKY option. Hotel is a short walk from center of shops and railway. It is opposite a very active fire station so take ear plugs as the siren goes off on a regular basis at all times of the night and day."

"I was very happy staying in your place. The staff was extremely nice, the breakfast great! Bravo! Everything perfect"
