| "The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the Sapporo Station. We checked in around 10:00pm on Sept 9, a kind of late, but we received good service at the check-in counter. The rooms were clean and everyone was pleased with our stay at Century Royal." |

| "The hotel is located across the street from Sapporo JR Station and has many good restaurants and shops around it. The rooms and bathrooms are small for American standards but in line with Japanese standards. The only problem is the lack of English speaking staff. It was hard to check in because nobody spoke any English and they could not read the computer printuot of my reservation. Adding English speaking staff would make this hotel a must for all business and train travelers." |

| "The japanese style breakfast I took at 19/F was really impressive because of the view over Sapporo the japanese style room and the content of the breakfast set. But the hotel and the room decoration is very business feel, just common and usual not very beautiful. But the services was quite good. Location is excellant. It was even cheaper than some 3 stars hotel at some period, just like my visit period which was early June. Worth to recommend." |

| "Good location as it is very near the JR Sapporo station and it is linked in the basement. It is convenient to take the Airport Bus to Chitose which is diagonally across the street. However we felt that the security is not tight as anyone could just take the lift from the basement and then to the rooms on the 2nd floor. The room is clean and spacious considering that in Japan the rooms are small. Fantastic place for shopping as the undergroung shopping is good. Would recommend others to book the hotel. " |
