I visited Sapporo during the snow festival (yuki matsuri). This hotel overlooks the park which is the main venue for the festival, so the location was perfect. It's also close to a metro stop, and a short walk to the main shopping, restaurant, and nightlife areas.
The interior feels a bit old, but the rooms are a decent size (by Japanese standards). And of course everything is spotlessly clean.

| "The view from our room was beautiful, it was a winter wonderland (we had a view of Odori Park). The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were helpful but the language barrier was a bit of an issue. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the main train station if you wanted to walk to the hotel. I recommend to take a taxi if you have lots of luggages." |
