| "The room is a bit smaller than expected. But location wise is great. Other than that overall rating is above average. " |

| "Location is convenient-easy access to Nijo Morning Market and other shopping areas. Subway and JR not too far away. Odori Park is also close by.
Room is a bit small but clean. No chance to use other facilities provided by hotel due to tight itinerary.
Front desk staff is very courteous and helpful, especially a Mr Fukuwara (or Fukuhara, sorry I could not catch the name)who took great care to accommodate our requirement the day before we checked in. I have no great problem communicating in English with the front desk staff. My stay in New Otani is very relaxed." |

| "Unlike the pictures displayed on the web site, the twin room we stayed in was small and the decor was kind of outdated. The hotel is located approximately 10 min. from the JR station by foot so it's pretty convenient. The front desk staff was great. They helped deliver our luggages to the bus stop where we needed to take the bus to the airport. " |

| "I stayed both in Grand Sapporo and New Otani during my recent trip. I paid about the same price for a triple room. Both hotels have easy access to tourist attractions, bus and train stations, I would strong recommend Grand Sapporo for better value." |

| "Communication is difficult. Most staff do not understand English. Rooms are very small. A room with 3 beds leaves very little sapce to move. We are lucky because we have booked 2 rooms and were able to have a private enclosure with a main door. That is a plus point, which gives us extra space for our luggages. Television programmes limited. No CNN or kids channels. No free coffee, only green tea. " |

| "Stayed 4 nights for hiking holiday base. Very convenient for Sapporo rail station (7 minutes walk), "west end" of city and shopping. Room smallish - but this is Japan - and could have had a newer carpet, but very comfortable. Front desk very helpful in sorting out a restaurant. Overall pretty good value." |

| "The hotel is great and I glad that Asia room provided the special price for us which help us saving a lot of money.
The good thing is those staffs can speak in English and there is a 24 hours Internet coffee shop just nearby the hotel. So it is very convenient for oversea vistors even though there is no internet service provided within the hotel.
Anyway, I definitely will recommand our friends using Asiaroom service for their travel. " |
