| "It is located near the station (5 min walk). Hotel room is small but could be accepted. Though not many shops are around, it is good for those who need a quiet envionment. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. I will consider to stay in Holiday Inn again in terms of its price and location. " |

| "We were very hapy with this Hotel overall. Very conveniently situated with only a short flat walk to the main railway station.
The only adverse comment would be about the Breakfast buffet. It was included in our pricing but uninteresting and lacked presentation making the experience a necessary but lack-lustre event.
The hot wetern style selection was unappetising and looked stale, as if it had been there for two hours!!
Only one type of breakfast cereal offered.
We are sure they could do better without extra costs.
Friendly staff present in the dining area which was clean and cleared away promptly." |

| "Not too bad hotel, room nice enough as well as bathroom good as standard as Holiday Inn should have. Only location a little bit walking distance to the Sendai station but actually is not that far far but if compared to the other hotels (such as Metropolitan or Monterey Hotel) where their location is closer or much near Sendai station and their quality and price are the same of Holiday Inn. (but more convenience, think about it)" |
