"Good hotel, everything is perfect except the location, I just had one not satisfaction is the location which is not so convenient if you like to enjoy your trip at the location like Shibuya & Shinjuku etc. You must need to take a few stations of Underground. And need to walk around 10 mins. to Roppogi. But I think for a business trip, it is good enough. Another area they can improve is the choice of buffet breakfast, if can have more hot food & congee will be nice."

"The location is conveniently located in all popular tourist locations, 10 mins from Akihabara (Electronic City). Located in the heart of Tokyo. Hotel is beautiful! Thanks Asiarooms for the great deal! "

"We really liked the location of this hotel. It's a 10 min walk to Roppongi nightlife and a 5 minute walk to the subway. It is a little confusing to find the subway entrance if you've never been to Tokyo, but the concierge was happy to assist us. The breakfast buffet is excellent and if you happen to miss breakfast, you are able to come to the lunch buffet instead. In such an expensive city, this helps to offset meal costs. The room itself was clean and modern. We had a large television and a great view over the city. Any calls we made to the "Instant Service" desk were responded to within minutes. Nothing but high marks for this hotel. The bus service directly from Narita Airport definitely made the transport earlier."

"The service appears first-rate and the reception staff speak very good English. The porters are well-drilled and ask all the right questions. The room was very comfortable and did exactly what it was supposed to do - whisk me away from the regular stresses of city life. Recommended especially for couples on special occasions, for seniors who want a bit of class, and businesspeople whose companies are paying!"

Comments:

The Ana Tokyo hotel is ideally localted as it is 2 minutes away from the Subway station and is linked to the ARK Hills buildings, which has a number of cafes and restaurants. The staff are well trained and helpful and as there are a number of foreign visitors staying there, they are used to accomodating requests and lal speak good English. The breakfast buffet is a very good one, and the room size is larger than the usual sizes in Japanese hotels. We will definitely stay there again if we get the same prices we got this year, including breakfast and taxes from Asiarooms
