| "The check-in timing is at 3pm sharp. Not flexible.
This hotel is located at nishi shinjuku. Not very near to the main JR shinjuku station. You need to walk at least 20mins to the main station.
Breakfast is just bread n coffee, nothing much to expect.
overall it’s a nice hotel to stay in.. Except its abit far away from the main shinjuku station.

| "The room was very clean but also very small. I walked in and it was literally just the bed and no closet or drawer space. The hardest time I had was where to put everything I brought and bought. The service was good; everytime we walked by the front dest we were greeted and our room was cleaned everyday. As for location, it was nearby a station but not the main station so we had to pay $3 every time we needed to get to the main Shinjuku station. It's not a great deal of money but it does add up. Also, just so you know, the tv is in Japanese. I'm not sure if there was an additional fee to purchase television in English but the default channels were all in Japanese. I know we're in Japan but it does help keep me from getting homesick to watch tv from home. At least internet was free. Overall, I felt very comfortable at Ascent Shinjuku and would go back there on my next visit to Tokyo." |

| "The Hotel is located within Shinjuku which make traveling very convenient. It is within walking distance to Hilton where the airport pick up point is. The room is small but cosy. It is clean and hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall its a big thumbs up for Ascent Shinjuku

| "our stay in ascent shinjuko hotel makes us feel at home. Perfect location to our destination. Shinjuko station is just about 10 minutes walking. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Indeed it is a small
room but very clean. The only thing not to our advantage is checkt in is quite late at 3; p. m.
It would be convenient after a long trip to fresh up
and take a rest before our adventure begins.

| "The hotel is easy to get to for anyone new to Tokyo. Take the JR line to Shinjuku Station. Follow the directions to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (2nd tallest in Tokyo and its free), turn right and Ascent Shinjuku is 2 blocks away. Also near the Hilton. NO check-in before 3pm, the restaurant doesn't speak any English, however Dennys is just down the road (in Japanese still but they have pictures!). Overall if I was returning I would stay there again." |
