This is a fabulous hotel, with comfortable rooms and a luxurious pool and spa. I can't say enough nice things about it EXCEPT the location is inconvenient and you'll end up spending a lot on taxis.

"If you are not wanting to stay in central Tokyo, then this is the place to stay but it does have easy access to the metro which is efficient, cheap and reasonable (as are the buses). Easiest way from Narita Airport is definitely by the Limousine Bus which is direct. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful, breakfast was not buffet style as was first thought but served at your table - good quality - albeit very expensive if not included in your room price. Excllent leisure facilities and free access to the business centre. Lovely Japanese gardens and hotel set in nice neighbourhood. Concierge were excellent and very knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again if visting Japan."
