| "Well it was cheaper than most - ok if your on a budget and want a bed only. Very small room but most in Japan are. Only thing I really hated was they don't have separate smokers only rooms and mine smelt stale . Room decor was a bit dingy. Great location in Ginza area and close to metro. Ok only for 1 person . | "Overall, not value for money. Night service staff 2 men, did not even help with dragging bag up the stairs from road to reception. There is NO lift or escalator through the one flight of steps. Day reception women were very helpful - even carried bag down stairs to road upon check-out.
Hotel interior esp corridor, carpets - dingy - possible fire trap. Bath clean. Very basic. NO wardrobe. There is TV, hot water. Well-located near train station and Ginza shopping. Try another hotel." |

| "The hotel was convenient to 2 metro stations which was good for us. The little maps reception provided made taking directions very easy. Maybe only one tea bag each was a bit tight!!!-but thanks for bringing more on request. We enjoyed our stay - thank you for your courtesy and helpfulness." |

| "Localization great! very close to metro & train station, just walking distance from main shopping area, Ginza. Hotel facilities are good enough and friendly English staff, the best: breakfast. Room size is acceptable and bathroom clean and usual amenities. Surely i would come back if need........Hector" |

| "Very conveniently located by Shimbashi Station and yet not very noisy (get a room on some upper floor). Small room (travel light) - very comfortable beed. Bathroom fine. Tea brewing possible (only green tea - bring black tea bags if you prefer). Very limited noise from minibar and aircon. Good value for the money we payed through Asia Rooms. Investigate how to get to Narita - we took the subway to Keisei line and that took a very long time. Direct train from Tokyo station requires booking in advance. Also an air terminal somewhere." |

| "Ginza Nikko has an excellent location next to JR Shinbashi station. Easily accessible from Narita by shuttle or train. Staff have good command of English; are polite and helpful. Room size is a drawback but in my mind you get very good value for your money." |

| "I stayed in a 1 standard room (app. 10m2 + 4m2 bathroom). It wasn't big but big enough for a comfortable stay. Located in the heart of Ginza but still the room wasn't noisy.
The service was good and at the front desk the spoke well enough English to make a smooth check in/out.
I have stayed in much nicer hotels, but at the price it was very good.
I would defiantly consider staying there again." |

| "I would like to have reduced the temperature of the room slightly. It was not possible to set the temperature below 20degrees." |

| "Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and would recommend it to other travellers. Fantastic location. Got a room upgrade on arrival, just what we wanted to hear after a long flight! Also great value for money. Overall, can't fault this hotel. Joanne, England." |
