Would I stay at this location
again:

Absolutely!
I have been to many countries and have stayed in many good hotels. Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills is the best so far. I stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Besides the fact that commute from this hotel to my office is just 5 minutes (litrally), the hotel is very conveniently located at the heart of Tokyo nightlife and dinning. The only thing that I can complain about is I had to pay extra 2,000 yen for using its swimming pool which could have been free for the guests. But again, it is Japan where things are expensive. The service was excellent. The room was very large for the Japanese standard. I especially liked the big shower and the huge bath tub.

"excellent hotel; perfect location; helpful staff and friendly only comment re waste of electricity and laundry- towels are changed evening service also when you just came in and washed your hands only. all lights are put on whether you are present or not. in these times they could contribute to the co2 pollution etc. sheets of a bed do not need to be changed every day the restaurants of the hotel are a bit overprized but that is usual in tokyo."

"Without a doubt the best hotel, I have stayed in my entire life. I treated myself to three nights at the end of a week's stay in Tokyo. My room was on the fourth floor, so no views, however the room itself was truly exceptional. The room was quite large compared to the other Tokyo Hotel I stayed in (but expected this as I was paying almost three times the price). The bath tub was large and deep. Broadband access both cable and wireless is free. The service of the hotel is great. The Hotel is in the Roppongi Hills complex so easy access to lots of shops, dining, cinemas and observatory. However location wise it is very convenient to lots of other attractions. It is within 5 minutes walk of Roppongi Crossing and about ten minutes walk to the brand new Tokyo Midtown Shopping Centre. It is also a 5 minute walk to the Tokyo Subway. It was a 2500 yen taxi ride from Shinjuku. I would definitely stay here again for the luxury and the convenience."

"excellent service all around. In Roppongi district of Tokyo so it is very foreigner friendly. Clerks spoke english and were extremely helpful for travel questions. Gave me english train directions. Near the action in Roppongi. Heartland bar in Roppongi hills was a favorite. Room service was prompt and excellent. Excellent food with the room service. Included Japanese and western dishes. Professional massage in Room service was first rate. The room itself was extremely clean and very well furnished. Mahogony everywhere. Cannot say enough good things. Tony"
