| "This hotel is indeed very good. Excellent location - 2 minutes from Kudanshita Metro station and 10 minutes (600 meters) from JR Iidibashi station. Hotel service is excellent, English-speaking staff and breakfast is good. " |

| "This was a very god hotel, nearby to the JR IDIBASH STATION (5-10 mins easy walk, 2mins Taxi) . Can conveniently access all the major tokyo destinations via the JR line or subway (for travelers without the pass, you are missing a great bargain)
Room clean, staff polite and very helpful, Breakfast great.
Overall a really good hotel. " |

| " Location within two minutes walk of the nearest subway station The hotel is one of the Limo bus stop .so it was very convenience to and from the airport .and staff helpful. Good breakfast. It would be better the Double/Twin room if they could have two single beds . Will definitely recommend to friends & go back again!" |

| "Being a first timer in Tokyo, we were very impressed with room size for a group of three people. The location is very convenient with the Metro station being 5 minutes walk from the hotel and JR train station approx 20mins walk. As a budget traveller, we were prepared to walk and the distance was not too bad. We spent 7 days in Japan and we spent the first and last night in Tokyo.
One was with b/fast and the other w//out. Because the stations everywhere are well equiped with food outlets, b/fast at the hotel was not necessary (if you had to pay). You would saved some money by going for room only.
However, the hotel breakfast is also good value if you prefer this service. The streets around the hotel are also lined with many food outlets but language is essential (dictionary is a must). Free internet service was a big plus. " |

| "Grand Palace Hotel is a great hotel for business travellers. I have previously traveled to Tokyo and stayed at different hotels, with almost the same tariff. But I found Grand Palace to be the best amongst the lot. I always book with Asia Rooms, and they get me the best deals. So, if you are looking for good rooms, good service, good decor & overall good experience, you can select this hotel. Besides indoor, even outdoor is good. Shops, eateries, tube station are all nearby. The Airport limo drops you and picks you up from the hotel. For this time, they even accomodated early check-in for me. Next time I am in Tokyo, I am staying here. " |

| "I used the Grand Palace as a base when in Japan in April 2008. Excellent size room, good brekky and very clean. The service was excellent. P.O. for ATM, 24 hr convenience stores and subway entrance all within easy walk. Not that many good restaurants nearby but who eats near their hotel when on hols??
Highly recommended." |

| "Elegant hotel w/excellent staff. No tipping anywhere in Japan and everyone is so helpful and courteous. Lots of options for dining but pricey. Buffet is a good value for your money. Great location to the subway and sights." |

| "I really enjoyed the size of the room, we booked a triple and our family of five had enough space. Kids aged (12, 10, 7) downside was we only got 3 breakfast vouchers per day so two kids had to stay in the room and subsist on instant ramen fr the convenience store across the street( they liked the ramen better than the buffet!). Front desk staff and bell service spoke excellent english and were extemely polite and helpful. There was a free internet connection for my laptop in our room as well.
I was surprised to discover that they didn't have air conditioning, the whole hotel was heated so it was freezing outdoors but we were sweating like pigs in the evenings, at dawn we froze our butts off! there were no windows to open so it got a little stuffy at times. Its near the Imperial Palace so we got to go boating in the moat surrounded by sakura in full bloom!
This is an older property but bec of the size of the room, excellent breakfast buffet and English skills I might be willing to sweat it out again next time." |
