Would I stay at this location
again:

Absolutely!
I used the Grand Palace as a base when in Japan in April 2008. Excellent size room, good brekky and very clean. The service was excellent. P.O. for ATM, 24 hr convenience stores and subway entrance all within easy walk. Not that many good restaurants nearby but who eats near their hotel when on hols?? Highly recommended.

"This was our second time staying at the hotel. It's close to three subway lines so it was easy to get around. More importantly, the staff at the hotel is very helpful and welcoming. It was good value for the money, and a quiet place to recover from jet-lag after a long flight. "

"We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Japan. They welcomed us back, having kept a record of our previous visit and I have a suspicion that they kept a note that we used two pillows each, as they were put on the bed for our return visit. Good coffee at breakfast, which they provide from a hidden source, rather than a self-serve machine."

"One of the best hotels in Japan during our stay. Very good staff and so helpful. Daily room cleaning was a great bonus. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We as a family really enjoyed our 5 nights there. The proximity to Kudanshita and Idabashi was convenient, as was the fact that there are a number of convenience stores nearby for emergency needs. It was easy to get to Ginza or the Tokyo station that was nearby, either by subway or taxi. We would certainly recommend it as it was the best value for money hotel all over Japan."

"This is my second stay here and this time it was great as usual. The only things is our flight arrives a little too late so we don't make it too the last direct bus to the hotel, but pickup is direct from hotel to airport. We were in a triple room so it was a little bigger than the last time. The room was big enough considering we were in Tokyo. The metro is just about a minute away from the hotel so access was good and you have three convenience stores within a three minute walk."

"No pool or fitness center. Very close to transportation and walking distance to tourist attractions and restaurants."
