| "Very convenient location, near Shinagawa station within walking distance or you can arrange shuttle fm the hotel. Free transport service to Disney resort is good especially for family who travel with children. Room is spacious as compared to the normal Jpn's hotel standard. However, room is a bit old but it is still quite clean & comfortable. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Great hotel!" |

| "The "New" Prince is old and really showing her age. The paint and carpeting in the resident halls is unworthy of a first class hotel.
However, the restaurants, facilities and services are excellent. The main bar pianist is almost worth the trip.
Judgement: I expected more for the price paid." |

| "Rm is great! Walking dist abt 15mins to Stn but the shuttle bus is an added value if U can catch the timing. Free shuttle to Disney Resort also an advantage!The beef tepanyaki at the hotel rest is a MUST try if U don't mind paying abt 10k yen per person! 2 opt for Breakfast in the hotel & both taste great but dinner at the Jap rest is so so as they don't hav much selection and menu is in all Jap. No other rest. near hotel so recommend to eat before heading back." |

| "Conveniently located close to Shinagawa JR Station whwere the Naritas Express stops this hotel is convenient for business travelers. Staff was friendly with a good command of English. Room was very large and breakfast (buffet style) enjoyable." |

| "There were many staff standing around who were very helpful, especially with arrangements and directions. I would like to mention Mr. Watanabe, who patiently and pain-stakingly explained directions to me. He also took the time to help me with transport arrangements. There are also many staff who helped to make the stay enjoyable, like trolleying my luggage and cleaning up my room after midnight (after missing my room).
Well done and keep it up!" |

| "We enjoyed our stay in your hotel. We were just as confused as the Taxi driver as to which building we were scheduled to stay in. We had the opportunity to walk and view the grounds. They were terrific and we took many photos. We also had afternoon tea and enjoyed the view and surroundings. We had it in the main building and accidently found the souvenir store. It had a number of items we purchased and brought home. We just wished we had enough time to have a meal in your hotel. (The kids wanted to eat at T.G.I.F.) The people who worked the bell desk were especially helpful. We had our bags sent from Kyoto directly to the hotel. Our bags were on time and when we had to wait for our 1500 hr. bus they stored all our belongings, souvenirs and all. In the United States we are accustomed to paying for the service and I felt bad that they wouldn't accept money. The young lady who helped me check out was very helpful and when she gave us gifts, we were surprised. Because of our stay in your hotel, I am thinking of purchasing a toilet seat that is warm and sprays water. Overall, we had a terrific stay and only got lost once while trying to find our hotel among the three buildings. Couldn't you paint them different colors? Please convey to your staff and management our thanks for a pleasant stay. Arigatogozaimastu. Michio Ono" |

| "Convenient location. It is about five minutes work to Shinagawa Station. Room size is big and bathroom is clean. Hotel staff are friendly,very helpful and speak good English. Great for Family travelling with kids. The tour desk staff is very helpful. The free shuttle service to Disney Resort is a plus." |

| "Hotel room is really spacious and clean. Room service was also efficient. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle services provided by the hotel to the train station as well as Disneyland. Absolutely wonderful. " |
