| "This hotel is excellently located for air travelers. The room was pleasant, very quiet, and well-appointed. The reception desk was extremely efficient and most cordial. It is nice to know that the restaurant is open until midnight (this would have been good to have posted on the website) for late arriving travelers. I recommend this hotel highly." |

| "very handy location in ANA terminal for overnight stopover for connecting flight following day-perfect if connecting with ANA flight--need to catch free shuttle to JAL terminal.Little expensive but great service and amenities. Many good restaurants short walk through terminal to have relatively inexpensive family meal" |

The room was very clean.
The breakfast was good. A western buffet breakfast was included.
This was a very good location as we were leaving from the airport in the morning." |

| "This was a decent hotel for the price. The
breakfast buffet was good- you have to look
in the small room to your right after you go in to the cafe for the asian breakfast fare but it's there.
The service exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very helpful and there were two English-language Tokyo newspapers free in the lobby." |
