The room is big compare to Daiichi Osaka, bathroom not as we expected for Hilton standard that they still use hot & cool valve for shower while other similar or lower class hotels we stay already provide thermostat mix valve, and no jet washer for closet while other hotel provide heated seat and warm jet washer. The location is connected through basement to Subway station, but Shinjuku JR station is quite a distance. The breakfast is great. Not preferable for those who like shopping because too far for a walk to Shinjuku shopping & entertainment area.

| "PLUSES: Great hotel; good upkeeping; friendly service; shuttle bus to Shinjuku Station very useful; Airport Limo Buses direct access. MINUSES: Breakfast uninspiring; swimming pool / fitness facilities chargable; only one green tea bag per day at tea making facilities!!" |

| "This is the first time we have used Asiarooms.com to book our hotel in Asia and honestly, I did not know what to expect. Rooms rates offered were fairly good and since my spouse & I are also Hilton Grand Vacations Club owners, we found comfort in staying at an American Hotel chain in a country that did not speak much English. We were glad that we chose this hotel! We were upgraded to the Executive Floor when we checked-in and having people speak English to explain how to navigate the Tokyo subway system made it very easy for us to find our way around the city in no time. Service was impeccable, the rooms fantastic. Will definitely be back!" |

Their is a distance between station and hotel.
Hospital is near bye, in case of fever or sick. " |
