| "After a long flight from Australia, it was fantastic being able to check in early and get a few hours rest. The Japanese bath was a great experience and soothed a not of tired aching muscles. Also the foot massage was fantastic." |

| "I was expecting more from this hotel from the reviews on Asia Rooms. I was only there for one night because I had 24 hour layover. The food wasn't good. The rooms were pretty basic. The pillows were stuffed with something prickly. In all, it was just ok." |

| "One day here before departure from Japan was quite so good and comfortable for us because of the location nearby the Narita airport. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi and cost only 1000+ Yen to airport. And also, lunch or dinner here was interesting from many restaurants you can choose. Room is so spacious and has enough area for big and many luggage. Anyway, there was one thing made us feel uncomfortble during our stay here was too warm temperature in our room and could not control at all. It might be the problem of the control system of air conditioner." |

| "The room is double the size of that in Tokyo Shinjuku, there is even a walkin wardrobe room. Definitely worth the money, 5 minutes to the Terminal 1, free shuttle bus to and fro airport and shopping. Only thing for improvement is maybe more shuttle services to the Aeon Shopping Centre and longer hours." |

| "Nice and quite place. I would have wanted to use the swiming pool but I didn't find explanations in the room about conditions (dress, etc) to go in. In general, nothing wrong. Easy to get to the airport, which was my main goal. Thank you." |

| "I stayed at this hotel for one night on my way home. The hotel is great, they provide a shuttle to and from Narita airport and into Narita itself. My room was great with a very comfortable bed. The only things that let it down was the exceptionally overpriced room service meals. Also the internet was shocking, in room cable that was slowed down after minimal downloads. I would however be happy to stay here again!" |

| "Not a bad hotel, but lacked the warmth and friendliness of many Japanese hotels. The staff seem very depressed and serious. Not sure why, maybe all the foreign clientele or the fact that it is not Japanese owned and may have a different management style. The standard of food there was quite poor and overpriced at the buffet.
Has a good return shuttle bus service to Narita town centre and the airport, so if yr just after a 1 night stay before leaving Japan it's not such a bad place to stay. But if you want a good Japanese hotel experience definitely not recommended. " |
