Not a bad hotel, but lacked the warmth and friendliness of many Japanese hotels. The staff seem very depressed and serious. Not sure why, maybe all the foreign clientele or the fact that it is not Japanese owned and may have a different management style. The standard of food there was quite poor and overpriced at the buffet.
Has a good return shuttle bus service to Narita town centre and the airport, so if yr just after a 1 night stay before leaving Japan it's not such a bad place to stay. But if you want a good Japanese hotel experience definitely not recommended.

| "After a long flight from Australia, it was fantastic being able to check in early and get a few hours rest. The Japanese bath was a great experience and soothed a not of tired aching muscles. Also the foot massage was fantastic." |

| "I was expecting more from this hotel from the reviews on Asia Rooms. I was only there for one night because I had 24 hour layover. The food wasn't good. The rooms were pretty basic. The pillows were stuffed with something prickly. In all, it was just ok." |

| "One day here before departure from Japan was quite so good and comfortable for us because of the location nearby the Narita airport. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi and cost only 1000+ Yen to airport. And also, lunch or dinner here was interesting from many restaurants you can choose. Room is so spacious and has enough area for big and many luggage. Anyway, there was one thing made us feel uncomfortble during our stay here was too warm temperature in our room and could not control at all. It might be the problem of the control system of air conditioner." |
