| "Me and my husband stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Tobu upon arrival at Narita on 3rd September 2008, before driving up to the mountains the following day. The shuttle from the airport is very frequent and convenient. It was obvious Holiday Inn is one of the favorite hotels as this is the only shuttle that is always packed with guests.
We had a good reception by the staff there & they understand and speak good English. I actually requested for a double room in my booking but was given a twin room instead. I requested it to be changed to double and the cashier was very accomodative and changed for me. The room is of reasonable size with all the necessary amenities provided. It is clean and tidy. TV has many channels that the guests can watch. The hotel also have few eating outlets in the hotel and the food is good.
Overall the experience is very good and price is reasonable.I will not hesitate to stay in Holiday Inn again in future.

| "After a long flight from Australia, it was fantastic being able to check in early and get a few hours rest. The Japanese bath was a great experience and soothed a not of tired aching muscles. Also the foot massage was fantastic." |

| "I was expecting more from this hotel from the reviews on Asia Rooms. I was only there for one night because I had 24 hour layover. The food wasn't good. The rooms were pretty basic. The pillows were stuffed with something prickly. In all, it was just ok." |
