Would I stay at this location
again:

Absolutely!
Great facility. The only real draw back is the lobby. It is an extremely busy hotel servicing a lot of the air crews as well as tour groups. At many times the lobby is crowded, noisy and hot. It is not a relaxing entry but once in the room it is quiet even close to the airport. I have stayed there several times and found it satisfactory and would stay there again.

"The best Narita airport hotel. Great location. Great views of the airport -- especially in the 1890+ rooms. If you are a smoker then this hotel won't make you feel like a leper. The 12th floor is a smoking floor and the venttillation is great. You can smoke non-stop and the room doesn't smell like smoke. For non-smokers, you've got 11 other floors all to yourself. Quick room service. Good internet service. Top floor restaurants. Great vending machines on each floor that sell Saporro beers, green tea, coffee, etc... I've stayed at other Narita hotels and the Marroad is the best of them all."

"Highly recommended hotel as a stop over or transit for a few hours to break a long journey "

"This was perfect for my needs! The room was clean and although not the newest hotel it was excellent. It was very easy to catch the free shuttle from the airport and the reception staff were very friendly and spoke english. If you're in transit this is a great value place to stay."

"I found the hotel perfect for an overnight stay. The room was larger than a lot of the hotel rooms in Japan. The only negative - the Air Conditioning system appeared to be working, but in fact was not and as a result the room became warm and "stuffy" overnight. If I had been aware that the air con was not working before I went to sleep, I could have just opened the window before retiring. Overall, I think it was a very good place to stay and would rcommend it."

"Although we requested for a non smoking room, we still got a smoking room that reaked of smoke. We literally almost chocked when we walked in even though we are reformed smokers ourselves. The room was badly stained with splatters of something brownish-red all over the lamp shades and the carpet was putrid. We only stayed overnight as we had an early flight so that was the only good thing about it as it's adjacent to the airport. So stay if you are in the same boat as me otherwise look elsewhere. Would not stay again!"
