| "We stayed at the hotel on two seperate occasions with both stays being excellent.
The position for central Tokyo is excellent with good accessibility to public transport. If meeting people it is a very good central point.
The rooms though a little on the small side were still very good for Japanese standard. The attention to fine detail was excellent. The staff were very courteous and were willing to help at any point.
Highly recomended" |

| "Excellent location for business and sightseeing in Marunoichi/Ginza; best way to get off to morning Narita Express. Highly comfort rooms and excellent staff. Breakfast is however somewhat expensive - at B1 floor restaurants much more cheaper. Little possibility to spend evening after 10 pm." |

| "We had a good time/experience staying at the hotel. It is very convenience. Most of staff are friendly especially the guy at the guest relation ( I can't remember his name ). A little problem in communication since some of the staff are not well English speaking and we can not speak Japanese at all. The room is a a bit small but very function, good design. The cleanliness is superb. Amentities are at good qaulity , SHOULD provide body lotion to the guest ( will be PLUS). Overall, we are satisfied staying here. If we travel to Tokyo , will stay at the hotel again." |

| "great hotel if you are transiting tokyo station with direct access underground...close to supermarket and shops, daimaru food court at yaesu exit of station...coffee shops in adjoining mall or at underground walkway level. very modern decor clean and bathrooms well appointed. had trouble getting internet connection. staff very helpful storing luggage and getting us some information on ski shops. have stayed at nearby palace hotel and this hotel better, more modern and better location...rooms are smaller though but well designed. will stay again...wish it was a bit less expensive." |

| "Very convenient location if you - like most foreign travellers to Japan - travel by train. A few steps away from Tokyo station. Direct access also to under- and overground shopping and dining facilities and the Tokyo subway.Very modern, art deco inspired interior with small but very functional and comfortable rooms and baths with all the amenities. Attentive service and well designed public areas. Very satisfied with my stay." |
