reception was efficient and polite.Everyone spoke good English.Very good location,but not easy to find.Even taxi drivers could not find it easily.The hotel should post a good detailed map( on the internet), which it provided to guests after checking in.It is rigth sbove Ginza Itchome station.Take exit no.11.
A vrey good business hotel.

| "Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The room was clean, of a decent size, with bathroom, TV, tea & coffee making facilities, safe for valuables.
The location of the hotel was excellent, located in the heart of the ginza shopping district and with the underground tube system in close proximity, 1 stop directly beneath to the hotel.
I would definately use this hotel again and would have no problems recommending it to anybody else.
A great place to stay.

| "Staff were very helpful and happy to assist with all tour arrangements. We stayed for 6 nights and found the room facilities almost perfect. Free internet terminal was available at restaurant entrance. Only comment for us was the limited programs in English on TV but then we were in the room to sleep, shower and dress. Underground rail is accessible via the hotel lift! That is a first for us. Tokyo station is 10 minutes walking which we did almost every day...(or YEN1100 taxi when with bags arriving and leaving). Shopping location was 50m from best Ginza shops...Wife VERY happy! Breakfast included in our rate was good value and range. The Restaurant although limited was a great option when we became too tired to negotiate menus in Japanese. The variety and number of eating places within 10 minutes walking was excellent. We recommend and would stay in this Hotel again." |

| "Very good hotel. Great location in the heart of Ginza and close to metro and Tokyo station. Large rooms, very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful and all speak english. Great breakfast. The bar and restaurant are not fantastic, but it does'nt matter with so many great places to eat close by. I would stay at this hotel again. " |
