Great services from in-house staff though, who presonally helped in showing and moving of luggages to room upon arrival." |

| "I reserved at this hotel because it was the first that appeared on my budget request I made at the google page. I was not sure I´d picked up the right one because I´d never been in Japan before and had too many doubts about visiting and enyoing as much as possible of japan´s atractions and at the same time keeping my budget under control.
But now that I´m back of the very best vacations I´ve ever made ( and I mean it, the very best of them all)and I know better, I can tell you with no hesitation that I´m glad to recommend this Hotel in every aspect I can think of.
Thank you folks for an excelent job...¡ " |

| "Stayed in hotel for one night. Had to wait for one hour at airport for bus to hotel (is running once/hour in the middle of the day) which was a long time after a 15 hour trip !! On the other hand, one can take a taxi to hotel as well. Service upon arrival was excellent and very efficient. Room was clean and more than adequate for my one night stay. Small bathroom, but everything you need was available." |

| "Not knowing what to expect I was very pleased with the hotel as it fitted our needs perfectly for a one night stop-over in Tokyo en route to Europe from Australia. It was near the airport, the courtesy bus was right outside the airport terminal and was timely and efficient (and free!!) in both directions, price was good and staff friendly and eager to please. Did not use all the facilities such as pool and restaurant, although sampled the bar food which was OK." |

| "very convenient hotel for few days stop over in Tokyo.
free shuttle bus every hours about.excellent price.
u can go easily to narita station and Aeon mall with an other free shuttle bus.and do extensive shopping .
the hotel is super clean. room size is big and amenities are good.
the service and staff is very helpfull.
internet is free too.
on my way back that hotel was full. i booked in Port hotel.. but internet is not free. the hotel is located not far from each other , like excel narita , and hilton..
for a same range of price i recommend narita excel at 68 euros / night for a couple ( twin beds)

| "Excellent site for an overnight stay. I got in late at night from a flight from Cairns and had to leave to get a flight to London the next day. Very convenient with a great courtesy bus service, polite and helpful staff and I had a great night's sleep. It was enough for what I needed.
