Shuttle services frequency should be improved. Also driver should try to help in the luggages.
Great services from in-house staff though, who presonally helped in showing and moving of luggages to room upon arrival.

| "Hotel was expensive for what it was.Two rooms were required for a family of four. Staff was not very accommodating. We had a late afternoon flight and they wouldn't give us a late check out. When I asked if we could shower in the pool area, I was told no. When I protested, a supervisor was consulted and I was told I could use the showers for an additonal fee. There was no access to late night food and the vending machines were mostly out of food. The lobby had a lovely spacious bright atmosphere. The rooms were somewhat dreary.
It would help if Asiarooms.com put directions on the bus service from the airport on the confirmation. When we called the number for the hotel on the confirmation, it was out of service. " |

| "Most convenient for Narita Airport especially if you have an early flight especially as the hotel also provides free shuttle buses to and from hotel. Nice quite area and nice hotel grounds with pool for relaxing after a hectic holiday and before onward journey. Good food in restaurant." |
